With regards to submitted skateparks and spots in the skatepark database you may copy content for personal use, however you cannot use it for public or commercial use.

We are committed to user satisfaction and will do our best to ensure users have a positive experience when using skate.co.uk and associated sites. Should you have any issues we urge you to contact us so that we can look into any problems you have experienced. Our main concerns are miss use of the skatepark database and spamming through our email forms. To ensure that you are using the site correctly please read the following:

 

Email Forms - In order to prevent email spamming all our email forms contain a security verification code (captcha image), this will reduce the risk of 'robots' submitting the form and using the details of other people. If it is found that spamming has occurred then we have the means to block users by both email address and IP address. Despite this our system is not completely fool proof and we would appreciate any cases of spamming from skate.co.uk to be reported to us.

 

Personal Information - We will not give your details to any third parties unless we have your permission or we are required to by law. We will also only respond to your email regarding the matter in hand and will not send you other information about products, features etc unless requested.

 

eBay - If you buy from us on eBay then we will always aim to send goods within 3 working days of receiving full and cleared payment. Should any issues arise then we will contact you immediately and work with you to put it right. We inspect all goods before they are sent and we take quality seriously. If you feel that any goods are not in the condition that you would expect then please contact us.

 

Skatepark Database - Information submitted by users should be as accurate as possible and contain no offensive content. We will check as much content as possible, but as the information in the database is submitted by users we hold no responsibility for the opinions and quality of information submitted. Please be aware that we may miss some material that may offend users, if this is the case we urge you to contact us and we will deal with it as soon as possible. Users may be completely blocked from the site if they do not abide by these rules.

Users should report any issues regarding the site and content as soon as possible. You should never misuse the site in the forms of spamming, copying without consent or submitting incorrect or malicious material. Failure to abide by these rules could result in blocking from the contact forms, skatepark database or the site completely. If necessary we will report such actions to the relevant authorities.
