Skatepark Information
Description:
This was one of the first schemes within the rural area to benefit from the Open Space Investment Strategy, initiated by the local community and implemented by Chester City Council.
The Skatepark is adjacent to the Farndon Sports and Social Club, and offers a range of ramps and street equipment from GBH.
The skatepark is Approximately 300m2 in size
The park allows the young people an opportunity to take part in skateboarding, biking and rollerblading, in a safe and suitable environment. It is anticipated that this project will increase usage of the Farndon Sports and Social Club.
Amenities:
Adjacent to the Farndon Sports and Social Club which offers a wide range of facilities including games room, bar, function hall etc.
